Our new chef, Ben, will be offering an exciting summer menu of seasonal dishes, mostly from local suppliers. Great local food cooked with flair and taste at a good price with friendly service and a good wine list.  We are a near- zero waste kitchen, using as much of our food as we can in the dishes we offer, and we compost kitchen waste wherever possible. Most of our local produce comes in plastic free packaging and we are working hard to reduce this even further.

On Sundays we offer a classic Sunday roast with a vegan option and our signature spiced red cabbage.  Booking is advisable.

Throughout the summer you will be able to enjoy your meal in our wonderful three-tiered garden – but please note we only take bookings for indoor tables.

Special Occasions

Our back bar can be turned into a special room to suit any occasion, whether it’s a sit-down meal (up to 24) or a buffet (up to 40). We are happy to decorate – or you can bring your own – and you will always be made to feel welcome and special. Later in the year we will be making the orchard section of our garden available for private outdoor events.
