Our menus change with season and availability but the menus below give a flavour of what we offer. We use fresh ingredients, mostly from local suppliers.

We have one of the town’s best chefs working with us and we offer a broad and varied menu.

Our chef, Log, hails from Bali, so our daily menu blends the Balinese food with more mainstream European dishes, and Sunday offers the option of a top roast lunch with Yorkshire puddings and the full deck.

We feature the best of the Shepherd Neame ales, including the modern and exciting Whitstable Bay range. Look out for the regular cracking guest beers.

The wine range has been chosen to complement the food and we offer an interesting range of grapes as well as great value house wines. The Bodega Piedra Negra Malbec is especially delicious.

We have an outstanding selection of gins for you gin lovers, including the fabulous and reassuringly expensive Monkey 47 and some delicious flavoured gins, all with a choice of Fever Tree tonics – Trad, Light, Lemon, Elderflower, Cucumber, Aromatic or Mediterranean.  You'll be spoilt for choice!

The Dining Room

We can seat up to 24 people in the rear dining room, or provide a buffet for larger numbers. Whatever your needs, whether it be a birthday meal or a club meeting, a work outing or a small wedding reception, we can tailor the room and the menu to suit you.

Three course dinner for the Winkle Club? Prosecco and a cream tea for the book group? Balinese buffet for your birthday bash? Just ask and we’ll organise the whole package and take the strain away.
